You know when you see a rating for something and it's 5 stars and then you read the reviews and they're all 5 stars and you're like "Yeah right, there's no way this guy has all 5 star ratings and they're all legit. No one is that good". Well that's what my boyfriend and I used to think, until we met Jason. We gave him what felt like a nearly impossible task with what we were looking for, but he never told us it was impossible or made us feel like it was impossible. He was realistic but encouraging, informative, hopeful, and did a great job helping us navigate a process that had initially felt so daunting we didn't know where to begin. Every time we met with Jason it felt like hanging out with a friend who just happened to be helping us buy a house. And the house we ended up with was better than we'd ever imagined.
